We don’t offer a free trial at this time, as Facetec handles Personal Health Information (PHI) and requires a secure, compliant setup for every account. However, our monthly plan provides a low-commitment way to get started — you can subscribe month-to-month and cancel anytime if it’s not the right fit. We’d also be happy to offer a personalized demo so you can see how Facetec can support your practice before you sign up.
We recommend setting up your Facetec account before seeing your first patient. Upon registration, accounts are typically activated within 24 hours — so you can start scheduling and registering patients right away for a smooth, professional start.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with one month’s notice by contacting us to begin the account closure process. Subscriptions remain active and billing will continue until the account is officially closed. Once closure is confirmed, your subscription will not renew. You always own your data. Before closing your account, we’ll ask if you’d like a copy of your records. You’ll have the option to download a secure, zipped file containing all your data before the account is permanently closed.
